What is the Most Popular Content Management System Used for Managing the United State County Websites?

Here’s the list of Content Management System use for 3,184 official websites of the United States Counties, Boroughs, and Parish. I have used many online sources to find out the most popular open source and proprietary CMS used for developing County websites.

My Findings:

WordPress (Open Source) is the most popular CMS with 18.234% share of total 3,184 websites, followed by Civic (Proprietary Government CMS) with 13.914%. There is 125 unique CMS or Web framework that are used for developing these websites. Around 6.576%, that is 207 Counties does not have an online presence.
